- Ample parking in the lot located at the entrance from the hill- Manor staff will direct parking and assist handicap guests on a five-passenger golf cart to the building or ceremony site
- Wedding ceremony site on the lawn overlooking the lake
- Ceremony set up and tear down including up to 200 white wooden folding chairs
- Use of full indoor kitchen for meals throughout weekend as well as space for catering companies
- Basement lounge, including beautifully tiled bar, to be used for rehearsal dinner
- Use of fire pit (We still must abide by local and state burn permits)
- Up to 180 Silver Chiavari chairs with white chair pad
- 60” round banquet tables (comfortably seats 8)
- 7’ rectangular farm tables (comfortably seats 6-8)
- (2) 9’ rectangular farm tables (typically used for buffets/serving)
- High and low top cocktail tables
- Various décor rentals are also available
- At least one representative from the Manor will be present to assist in set up/tear down and answer any questions you may have for the main portions of the weekend
